- Διαχειρίζεσαι έντυπο υλικό σε συνεργασία με προμηθευτές
- Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα με διοικητικές εργασίες και τηρείς τις διαδικασίες διαχείρισης
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τοπικές ομάδες και λειτουργίες
- Υποστηρίζεις τη βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών στην περιοχή ευθύνης σου
- Συμμετέχεις ως μέλος σε έργα και διαχειρίζεσαι το διοικητικό μέρος ειδικών εργασιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Στρατηγική Επικοινωνίας και Υποστήριξη Brand Management
- Σχεδιασμός Διαχείρισης Κινδύνου
- Διαχείριση Προωθητικού Υλικού και συνεργασία με προμηθευτές
- Διοικητικές Δεξιότητες και Συνεργασία Ομάδας
- Πελατοκεντρική Σκέψη και Επίλυση Προβλημάτων
- Προχωρημένες Δεξιότητες Επικοινωνίας και Αναλυτικές Δεξιότητες
- Χρήση SAP και προχωρημένες γνώσεις MS Office
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση

Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Marketing Officer (client facing role).
The role in more details:
To build a strong communication strategy and ensure that it is reviewed, aligned and endorsed by all internal stakeholders in order to enhance and protect business and reputation
Support Brand Managers (BM) during Congress process
Risk Management Plan support to BMs
Management of Hardcopies Promo Materials with warehouse
Support Brand Managers (BM) through Shopping Card (offers/Vendors etc.)
Management of Printed Materials with vendors
Supports and assists the team, takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager/team members
Interaction with local matrix teams & functions
Work processes in own area of responsibility: Supports optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
Acts as a team a team member for projects & manages the administrative part of special tasks
To be successful at this role you need the following :
University degree in Business Discipline or Science
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent command of Greek & English language
Customer centric mentality
Problem Solving skills
Advanced communication skills
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
SAP capabilities
Advanced MS office abilities
