- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα επιχειρηματικής συμβουλευτικής στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα με έμφαση στη ψηφιακή τραπεζική
- Υποστηρίζεις τη συλλογή, δομή και τεκμηρίωση λειτουργικών και επιχειρηματικών απαιτήσεων
- Αναλύεις επιχειρηματικά έγγραφα και τα μεταφράζεις σε απαιτήσεις συστημάτων ή εφαρμογών
- Βοηθάς ή ηγείσαι της δημιουργίας χαρτών διαδικασιών, ροών εργασίας και user journeys
- Συνεργάζεσαι με διατμηματικές ομάδες όπως προγραμματιστές, σχεδιαστές και αναλυτές
- Βοηθάς στη διασφάλιση ότι οι λύσεις ευθυγραμμίζονται με τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους και ρυθμιστικές απαιτήσεις
- Συμμετέχεις ή ηγείσαι σε συναντήσεις με πελάτες για διευκρινίσεις απαιτήσεων και παρουσίαση ευρημάτων
- Εξασφαλίζεις επαγγελματισμό, ποιότητα και ακρίβεια σε όλα τα αναλυτικά παραδοτέα
- Συνεισφέρεις σε ένα συνεργατικό και ηθικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Επιχειρηματική Ανάλυση και Τεκμηρίωση Λειτουργικών και Επιχειρηματικών Απαιτήσεων
- Χαρτογράφηση Διαδικασιών και User Journeys
- Μεθοδολογίες Υλοποίησης Έργου (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) και Διαχείριση Χαρτοφυλακίου Έργων
- Έννοιες Ανάπτυξης Λογισμικού, Εφαρμογές Κινητών και Web Services
- Συμβουλευτική Επιχειρήσεων στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a broad range of business consulting projects in the financial sector, mainly focusing on digital banking
Support the gathering, structuring, and documentation of functional and business requirements.
Analyze business documents such as policies, processes, procedures, and regulations, and translate them into system or application requirements.
Assist in or lead the creation of process maps, business workflows, and user journeys.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and other analysts.
Help ensure solutions align with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in or lead client meetings to clarify requirements and present findings.
Ensure professionalism, quality, and accuracy in all analysis outputs.
Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
2 - 6 years of experience in business consulting, analysis, or a similar role.
BSc/BA in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field will be consider as a strong asset
Ability to understand and work with business documentation and translate it into functional/technical requirements.
Possess experience with various project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), as well as portfolio management or financial analysis (considered an asset).
Proven experience in designing business flows and functional specifications.
Basic understanding of software development concepts, mobile apps, and web services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
High level of professionalism and work ethic.
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Client-facing experience and ability to lead workshops or requirements sessions.
