The role in more details:
Assist internal teams with implementation and training of SoftOne ERP.
Develop and maintain all required implementation documentation, including user manuals, customer query records, issue logs, and their corresponding resolutions.
Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
Analyze business requirements and design solutions within the ERP.
Analyze current business processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutions.
Monitor updates and new features.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals.
Ensure professionalism, quality, and accuracy in all analysis outputs.
Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
BSc/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years’ experience as an ERP Consultant.
Proven experience with SoftOne ERP.
Fluent in both Greek and English language.
Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
High level of professionalism and work ethic.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Military Obligations completed
