The Senior Reporting & Data Analyst plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting that directly supports business decision‑making. The position is responsible for transforming complex data into clear performance metrics, dashboards, and analyses that enable stakeholders to understand trends, evaluate results, and drive strategic actions. This role ensures the reliability of the company’s data ecosystem and contributes to high‑quality outputs that influence commercial, financial, and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver Reports & Performance Metrics across multiple business areas.
Utilize Power BI to create insightful visualizations and interactive dashboards.
Perform deep‑dive data analyses using advanced Data Analytics tools and methodologies.
Work with ETL tools to collect, extract, transform, and process data, ensuring the creation of reliable datasets that feed reporting solutions.
Apply database techniques, programming logic, and automation to streamline data flows and reporting processes.
Conduct monthly reconciliation of commercial data with Accounting and Actuarial teams, in alignment with the company’s Data Quality framework.
Collaboration & Communication
Engage effectively with cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and reporting outputs.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the reporting lifecycle.
Process Improvement & Initiatives
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data flows, and automation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of new reporting capabilities.
Proactively propose solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and data reliability.
Desired Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SQL (mandatory).
Familiarity with the SAS software suite will be considered a strong plus.
Hands‑on experience with Power BI, ETL tools, and data modeling.
Solid understanding of data structures, data quality principles, and reporting best practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering).
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Background in the insurance sector will be regarded as an additional qualification
