- Υποδέχεσαι τους πελάτες με φιλικό και επαγγελματικό τρόπο.
- Παρουσιάζεις τα μενού και ενημερώνεις για επιλογές φαγητού και ποτών, ειδικές προτάσεις και προσφορές.
- Λαμβάνεις με ακρίβεια παραγγελίες φαγητού και ποτών και τις παραδίδεις στην κουζίνα και στο bar.
- Εξυπηρετείς γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά φαγητό και ποτά.
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία και το καθάρισμα τραπεζιών και χώρων εστίασης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ερωτήματα, παράπονα και ειδικά αιτήματα πελατών με επαγγελματισμό και διακριτικότητα.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο τον χώρο εργασίας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και Επικοινωνία
- Γνώση τροφίμων και ποτών
- Λήψη παραγγελιών και Εξυπηρέτηση φαγητού και ποτών
- Προετοιμασία και καθαρισμός τραπεζιών και Οργάνωση χώρου εργασίας
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων, Διαχείριση μετρητών και Βασικές μαθηματικές δεξιότητες
- Ομαδικότητα, Multitasking, Εργασία σε γρήγορους ρυθμούς και Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
