Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι όλες τις λειτουργίες της εγκατάστασης Spa, συμπεριλαμβανομένων προσωπικού, βαρδιών, αποθέματος και εξοπλισμού.
- Εποπτεύεις το προσωπικό Spa, παρέχεις εκπαίδευση και διασφαλίζεις άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς προωθητικές ενέργειες και πακέτα Spa για αύξηση εσόδων και προσέλκυση πελατών.
- Τηρείς ακριβές απόθεμα προϊόντων και προμηθειών Spa και φροντίζεις για έγκαιρες παραγγελίες.
- Παρακολουθείς και διαχειρίζεσαι το budget του Spa, διατηρώντας τις δαπάνες εντός των καθορισμένων ορίων.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση του Spa με τα πρότυπα και τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας.
- Προωθείς τις υπηρεσίες και τα προϊόντα του Spa σε επισκέπτες του ξενοδοχείου και εξωτερικούς επισκέπτες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση εγκαταστάσεων Spa, προγραμματισμός βαρδιών προσωπικού και διαχείριση αποθέματος
- Ηγεσία ομάδας και γνώση θεραπειών, προϊόντων και εξοπλισμού Spa
- Πωλήσεις, προώθηση και marketing υπηρεσιών Spa και διαχείριση budget
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, επικοινωνία και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα υγείας και ασφάλειας και άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
