- Αναπτύσσεις και επιβλέπεις πρόγραμμα συντήρησης για το ξενοδοχείο, περιλαμβάνοντας προληπτική, διορθωτική συντήρηση και επείγουσες επισκευές
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ομάδα συντήρησης με καθοδήγηση, εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη
- Διενεργείς τακτικούς ελέγχους εγκαταστάσεων και αντιμετωπίζεις άμεσα ανάγκες συντήρησης
- Συντονίζεις τη συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για αποδοτική κάλυψη αναγκών συντήρησης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το απόθεμα υλικών και εξοπλισμού συντήρησης
- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς σχέσεις με προμηθευτές και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Συντήρησης με προληπτική και διορθωτική συντήρηση, επείγουσες επισκευές
- Ηγεσία και εκπαίδευση ομάδας
- Γνώση συστημάτων κτιρίων όπως HVAC, ηλεκτρικά, υδραυλικά και πυρασφάλεια
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και λήψη αποφάσεων
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Προσαρμοστικότητα και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και διαχείριση προμηθευτών
- Συμμόρφωση με υγεία και ασφάλεια
