Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και μαγειρεύεις ποικιλία πιάτων σύμφωνα με συνταγές και πρότυπα της εταιρείας
- Αποθηκεύεις, επισημαίνεις και οργανώνεις σωστά όλα τα τρόφιμα
- Παρακολουθείς και διατηρείς τα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων τροφίμων και προμηθειών κουζίνας
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα μαγειρικής για τη δημιουργία νέων πιάτων και προτάσεων μενού
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο τον χώρο εργασίας της κουζίνας
- Εφαρμόζεις όλες τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής και τα πρότυπα ασφάλειας
- Συμβάλλεις στην εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη νεότερων μελών της ομάδας κουζίνας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τεχνικές μαγειρικής και γνώση υλικών τροφίμων
- Τήρηση συνταγών και ανάπτυξη μενού
- Αποθήκευση και επισήμανση τροφίμων και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων
- Ασφάλεια και υγιεινή τροφίμων και διαδικασίες υγιεινής
- Ποιοτικός έλεγχος τροφίμων και πρότυπα ασφάλειας κουζίνας
- Ικανότητα εκτέλεσης πολλαπλών εργασιών και αποδοτική εργασία

- Ανταγωνιστικός μισθός και πρόσθετες παροχές, διαμονή εφόσον χρειάζεται και πλήρης διατροφή, υποστήριξη μετακίνησης ή/και έξοδα ταξιδιού.
