- Παρασκευάζεις και σερβίρεις αλκοολούχα και μη αλκοολούχα ποτά έγκαιρα και επαγγελματικά.
- Διατηρείς τον χώρο του bar καθαρό, οργανωμένο και επαρκώς εφοδιασμένο.
- Αλληλεπιδράς φιλικά με τους πελάτες, προτείνεις επιλογές και διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίησή τους.
- Τηρείς τυποποιημένες συνταγές και διαδικασίες hotel service για σταθερή ποιότητα ποτών.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες ασφάλειας τροφίμων, υγιεινής και σερβιρίσματος αλκοόλ.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση αποθέματος bar και την αναπλήρωση προμηθειών.
- Συμμετέχεις στην καθημερινή προετοιμασία, το κλείσιμο και τον καθαρισμό του bar.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι με ακρίβεια και υπευθυνότητα συναλλαγές με μετρητά και κάρτες.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα F&B για την υποστήριξη της συνολικής εξυπηρέτησης και λειτουργίας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Τεχνικές Mixology και γνώση αλκοολούχων ποτών και συστατικών.
- Παρασκευή και σερβίρισμα ποτών με τήρηση τυποποιημένων συνταγών.
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
- Συμμόρφωση με κανόνες ασφάλειας τροφίμων και υγιεινής, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος bar και προετοιμασία, κλείσιμο και καθαρισμός bar.
- Ομαδικότητα, Multitasking και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών.
