Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρασκευάζεις και σερβίρεις έγκαιρα αλκοολούχα και μη αλκοολούχα ποτά στους πελάτες.
- Διατηρείς τον χώρο του bar καθαρό, οργανωμένο και επαρκώς εφοδιασμένο.
- Αλληλεπιδράς φιλικά με τους πελάτες, προτείνεις επιλογές και διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίησή τους.
- Ακολουθείς τυποποιημένες συνταγές και διαδικασίες για σταθερή ποιότητα ποτών.
- Τηρείς τους κανόνες ασφάλειας τροφίμων, υγιεινής και υπεύθυνης διάθεσης αλκοόλ.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διαχείριση αποθέματος και στην αναπλήρωση προμηθειών του bar.
- Συμμετέχεις στην καθημερινή προετοιμασία, το κλείσιμο και τον καθαρισμό του bar.
- Διεκπεραιώνεις με ακρίβεια συναλλαγές με μετρητά και κάρτες.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα F&B για την υποστήριξη της εξυπηρέτησης και της λειτουργίας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Τεχνικές Mixology και γνώση αλκοολούχων ποτών
- Παρασκευή και σερβίρισμα ποτών
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επικοινωνία
- Συμμόρφωση με κανόνες ασφάλειας τροφίμων και υγιεινής
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος bar και προετοιμασία και κλείσιμο bar
- Διαχείριση συναλλαγών με μετρητά και κάρτες, ομαδικότητα και διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών
Παροχές
- Ανταγωνιστικός μισθός και πρόσθετες παροχές, διαμονή εφόσον απαιτείται και πλήρης διατροφή, υποστήριξη μετακίνησης ή/και κάλυψη ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων.
