Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον/τη Rooms Division Manager στη διαχείριση housekeeping, front desk, κρατήσεων και guest services.
- Διασφαλίζεις υψηλά επίπεδα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και ικανοποίησης επισκεπτών.
- Συντονίζεις και επιβλέπεις τις καθημερινές δραστηριότητες του προσωπικού των τμημάτων.
- Εκπαιδεύεις και καθοδηγείς τα μέλη της ομάδας, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη.
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των τμημάτων και εφαρμόζεις δράσεις βελτίωσης αποδοτικότητας και παραγωγικότητας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την ομαλή λειτουργία και την απρόσκοπτη εμπειρία των επισκεπτών.
- Διατηρείς ασφαλές περιβάλλον για επισκέπτες και εργαζομένους.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Διαχείριση ξενοδοχειακών λειτουργιών, λειτουργίες front desk, housekeeping, κρατήσεων και guest services
- Ηγεσία, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και εκπαίδευση και mentoring ομάδας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και βελτίωση απόδοσης
- Συστήματα λογισμικού ξενοδοχείων και MS Office
- Διατμηματική συνεργασία και διαχείριση ασφάλειας και προστασίας
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
