We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Technical Department. As a Technical Planner, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technical activities, ensuring smooth project implementation and outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor contract implementation in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
• Schedule and manage all activities and visits for the Technical Department, adhering to operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with external partners to execute technical work on behalf of customers.
• Handle customer requests and complaints, ensuring prompt resolutions and quality service.
• Manage invoicing orders for technical work in the ERP system and track external partner invoices.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Develop innovative and efficient approaches to delivering services that meet performance targets and drive customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project implementation or customer support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or project management platforms is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
