The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a passion for driving market expansion. Your primary mission will be to drive sales of our technology solutions - including CCTV, Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, Fire and remote monitoring services - to medium and large businesses.
Key Responsibilities
New business generation: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within target markets and key industry verticals
Client engagement: Initiate contact and build strong, trusting relationships with potential clients to understand their security needs and position G4S as the preferred solution provider
Customer solution delivery: Lead the creation of compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to customers and key stakeholders. You will be supported by our internal Pre-Sales design team for technical specifications.
Sales pipeline management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to opportunity handoff to the Technical Installations team
Market research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for business growth
Sales strategy: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
Job requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client base expansion, preferably within the security systems industry or technology sector
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop new clientele
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field
Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
Highly organized, self-starter, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language
