The role of the Visual Merchandiser is to ensure that creative solutions are offered to stores in order to increase sales, get buyer’s attention, provide an excellent in-store experience, drive branding and sales objectives and maximize profitability.

Job Description

• Defining, designing, implementing and documenting a creative visual merchandising strategy

• Creating and arranging windows displays; Designing signage and interior displays that align with the company strategy

• Developing strategies to highlight promotions, price changes, clearance, and holiday/seasonal needs; Arranging in advance new ideas for displays of new product launches

• Aligning company sales goals and messages with appealing and on trend design

• Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners including product, Wholesale, Marketing Retail to ensure that all corresponding business needs are addressed

• Visiting stores and training sales teams in-store visual merchandising techniques and concepts

• Supporting the retail team in various ad hock projects

Qualifications

• At least 3 years visual merchandising experience for contemporary brand

• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization

• University or continuing education degree in fashion related business

• Working knowledge of current industry trends, best practices and market trends

• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results

• Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English languages (oral and written)

• Proficient user of MS Office; knowledge of ERP software will be preferable

• Customer – focused for positive customer experience and resolution

• Results-driven, self-motivated with passion energy and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high visibility environment

• Willing to travel on a regional basis
