Τι θα κάνεις
- Συμβάλλεις στην ενημέρωση των σχεδίων Αντιμετώπισης Εκτάκτων Αναγκών, Επιχειρησιακής Συνέχειας και Σχεδίων Εκκένωσης για όλα τα αεροδρόμια.
- Βοηθάς στον συντονισμό και την αξιολόγηση ασκήσεων έκτακτης ανάγκης, επιχειρησιακής συνέχειας και εκκένωσης σύμφωνα με εθνικούς και διεθνείς κανονισμούς.
- Βοηθάς στον σχεδιασμό και τη διαχείριση των οργανωτικών, υποδομών και συστημάτων εξοπλισμού που σχετίζονται με την αντιμετώπιση εκτάκτων αναγκών.
- Αναπτύσσεις και ενημερώνεις όλα τα συστήματα για την αντιμετώπιση εκτάκτων αναγκών, όπως το σύστημα μαζικής ειδοποίησης και το σύστημα αναφορών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία στην Αντιμετώπιση Εκτάκτων Αναγκών, Επιχειρησιακή Συνέχεια και Σχεδιασμός Εκκένωσης.
- Άριστη χρήση MS Office και εργαλείων ανάλυσης και αναφορών.
- Επάρκεια στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα σε επαγγελματικό επίπεδο.
- Γνώση και κατανόηση προτύπων ICAO και EASA.
- Ικανότητες συντονισμού και διαχείρισης συστημάτων αντιμετώπισης εκτάκτων αναγκών.
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a Crisis Planning Specialist for the development and the coordination of the Crisis Planning (Emergency response, Business Continuity and Evacuation planning) in all airports operated by Fraport Greece.
The role is located in our Headquarters in Marousi.
What you will be doing:
Contributes to the update of the relevant Emergency Response plans, the Business Continuity Plans and the Evacuation plans of all airports.
Assists in the Coordination and evaluation of emergency response, Business Continuity and evacuation exercises of the airports, according to national and international regulations.
Assists in the planning and management of all organisation-, infrastructure-, and facilities/system/equipment relevant to the emergency response.
Develops and keeps up to date all systems of the sections related to the emergency response (Mass notification System, reporting system etc.).
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Aviation Experience or experience in Emergency Response Planning / Business Continuity
Skillful use of administrative applications (i.e.MS Office, analysis and reporting tools)
Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written at a professional corporate level)
College or bachelor’s degree, or business equivalent qualification will be considered an asset
Knowledge of the relevant international and national standards and recommendations, ICAO, EASA, etc. and their interpretation will be considered and asset

The 14 airports - gateways to some of the most important global destinations - are: Aktion (PVK), Chania (CHQ), Corfu (CFU), Kavala (KVA), Kefalonia (EFL), Kos (KGS), Lesvos (MJT), Mykonos (JMK), Rhodes (RHO), Samos (SMI), Santorini (JTR), Skiathos (JSI), Thessaloniki (SKG), Zakynthos (ZTH)
On 11th April 2017 full payment of the €1.234 billion upfront concession fee was made by Fraport Greece in tandem with the transfer of operations at the 14 airports for a period of 40 years.
In tandem with the start-up of its concession for managing the eleven island and the three mainland airports across Greece, Fraport Greece realized a comprehensive plan for the modernization and development of the airports.
Fraport Greece’s innovative €440 million airport development program has significantly transformed these airports. In particular, Fraport Greece has delivered five brand new terminals, expanded and modernized five existing terminals, and upgraded four other terminals. Construction projects at airside operational areas of the regional airports included renovating 12 runways, improving ramp areas, and constructing and renovating 12 fire stations. All of the airports have also been equipped with new state-of-the-art baggage handling and security systems.
The 14 Greek regional airports project is one of the largest and most beneficial investments and is a basis for boosting the Greek economy. Fraport Greece enhances the airports’ international competitiveness by the optimization of operational processes, the modernization and upgrade of the airports’ infrastructure and the continuous training of employees.
