Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Revenue Manager to spearhead our revenue operations. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the day-to-day revenue management functions while supporting the Director of Revenue Management in insightful analysis and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury hospitality and a proven track record in hotel revenue management, ready to take their expertise to the next level.
What You Will Do
Interpret business analytics to formulate actionable strategies that enhance performance.
Conduct detailed pricing analyses and provide recommendations to optimize revenue.
Manage rates and inventory across all distribution channels, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue.
Leverage the IDeaS revenue management system effectively to drive performance.
Cultivate and maintain a strong relationship with the OTA Market Manager.
Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management in strategic meetings, ensuring effective implementation and accountability of key initiatives.
What You Bring
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel revenue management or a similar analytics-based role.
Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and Opera; knowledge of IDeaS RMS is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; Greek language skills are an advantage.
