- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις στρατηγικές τιμολόγησης σε όλα τα κανάλια.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη διαθεσιμότητα και τις τιμές μέσω IDeaS RMS και άλλων συστημάτων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι σχέσεις με OTA και στρατηγικές διανομής μέσω τρίτων.
- Αναλύεις τάσεις αγοράς και πραγματοποιείς ανταγωνιστική συγκριτική αξιολόγηση.
- Παρέχεις δυναμικές προβλέψεις και αναφορές απόδοσης με εφαρμόσιμες προτάσεις.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια των συστημάτων και ελέγχεις τα πρότυπα κρατήσεων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Διαχείριση εσόδων ξενοδοχείου, λειτουργία ξενοδοχείου και συστήματα revenue management.
- Αναλυτικές δεξιότητες, πρόβλεψη και ανάλυση τάσεων αγοράς.
- Στρατηγική τιμολόγησης και στρατηγική διανομής.
- Διαχείριση σχέσεων με OTA και συγκριτική αξιολόγηση ανταγωνισμού.
- MS Excel, Opera και IDeaS RMS.
- Αναφορές απόδοσης και έλεγχος προτύπων κρατήσεων.
