- Τηρείς τους κανονισμούς του Εγχειριδίου Εργαζομένων και τις πολιτικές πυρασφάλειας, υγιεινής, υγείας και ασφάλειας του ξενοδοχείου.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ευγενικά και αποτελεσματικά τα αιτήματα συντήρησης επισκεπτών και εργαζομένων, με άμεση παρακολούθηση όπου απαιτείται.
- Επισκευάζεις υδραυλικές εγκαταστάσεις μπάνιου, βρύσες, νιπτήρες και αποχετεύσεις.
- Εκτελείς προληπτική συντήρηση σε δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστους χώρους.
- Επισκευάζεις εξοπλισμό που μεταφέρεται στο Engineering workshop από άλλα τμήματα.
- Εκτιμάς τις απαιτούμενες ποσότητες υλικών και υποβάλλεις αιτήματα προμήθειας.
- Τηρείς αρχεία, ημερολόγια και αναφορές εργασιών και υλικών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εγκατάσταση ή μετεγκατάσταση εξοπλισμού.
- Ανταποκρίνεσαι σε εντολές εργασίας, αναφορές επιθεώρησης δωματίων και καταστάσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης.
- Αναφέρεις ζημιές σε όλο το θέρετρο μέσω των συστημάτων αναφοράς Engineering.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συντήρηση και επισκευή υδραυλικών εγκαταστάσεων και επισκευή υδραυλικών εγκαταστάσεων μπάνιου
- Προληπτική συντήρηση και Troubleshooting
- Διαχείριση αιτημάτων συντήρησης επισκεπτών και διαχείριση εντολών εργασίας
- Εκτίμηση και αίτηση υλικών και τήρηση αρχείων
- Πρότυπα υγείας και ασφάλειας, διαδικασίες πυρασφάλειας και πρότυπα υγιεινής
- Συντήρηση ξενοδοχειακών εγκαταστάσεων, εγκατάσταση και μετεγκατάσταση εξοπλισμού και επισκευές στο Engineering workshop
