At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Waiters to join our Avra Bar team for the 2026 season (minimum 6–7 months contract). You will provide exceptional service, and help create the lively and immersive experience that defines Avra. 

What You Will Do 

• Describe and present food and beverage offerings to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner. 

• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with culinary and service teams for special requests. 

• Ensure timely delivery of all orders and flawless service throughout events. 

• Set up, break down, and maintain tables, buffet stations, and service areas. 

• Collaborate closely with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations. 

• Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain accurate guest and event records. 

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and F&B procedures. 

• Assist with service across other hotel outlets, in-room dining, and special events as required. 

What You Bring 

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience. 

• European Passport or legal right to work in Greece. 

• Previous fine dining, banquet, or high-volume service experience is an advantage. 

• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

• Fluency in English; Greek proficiency is an advantage. 

• Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.
