We are currently looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team at the iconic Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens.

As a Security Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and property. You will lead by example, overseeing the daily operations of the Security team, supporting incident response, and maintaining the high standards of safety and professionalism that define Four Seasons.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the Security team to ensure the safety of all guests, employees, and assets.
• Promote a welcoming, professional, and safety-conscious environment throughout the property.
• Conduct patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and respond appropriately to any safety or emergency situation.
• Train and guide team members in safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and loss prevention practices.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies when necessary.
• Assist with fire drills and emergency preparedness plans, including leading training sessions.
• Investigate and document incidents, ensure proper reporting, and follow up on necessary actions.
• Maintain strong working relationships with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.
• Support the Security Manager and assume responsibilities during their absence.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a similar Security role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, Fire Life Safety, and applicable local laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems (e.g., MS Word, Outlook).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties involving extended walking, stair climbing, and emergency response.
