Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 0+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση τροφίμων και ποτών και πάθος για άριστη εξυπηρέτηση
- Επαγγελματισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα Αγγλικά και βασικές δεξιότητες Η/Υ
- Οργάνωση και πολυδιεργασία (multitasking)
- Ικανότητα ανεξάρτητης εργασίας και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Ευελιξία στο ωράριο εργασίας και συμμόρφωση με υγειονομικούς και ασφαλείας κανόνες

Περιγραφή Θέσης
The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for providing exceptional in-room dining service while supporting private bar operations. This role ensures all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and care, delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences that reflect Four Seasons standards. This position is part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting to In-Room Dining Management.
What you will do
Deliver in-room dining orders with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Set up, present, and clear in-room dining service in a timely and elegant manner.
Provide expert knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, personalized dining experience.
Support private bar operations, including stocking, replenishing, and customizing in-room minibar offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service standards.
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
What you bring
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role; hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
Strong food & beverage knowledge with a passion for service excellence.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
