- Ηγείσαι της διαχείρισης και απόδοσης των λειτουργιών Spa και Αθλητισμού & Αναψυχής, εξασφαλίζοντας εξαιρετικά επίπεδα υπηρεσιών και ικανοποίησης πελατών
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις τα σχέδια, προϋπολογισμούς και πρωτοβουλίες τμημάτων για την υποστήριξη επιχειρησιακών στόχων και τη μέγιστη αξιοποίηση εσόδων
- Ηγείσαι, εκπαιδεύεις και αναπτύσσεις τα μέλη της ομάδας Spa και Αθλητισμού & Αναψυχής μέσω προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης και διαχείρισης απόδοσης
- Προσλαμβάνεις, παρακινείς και διατηρείς ταλαντούχα μέλη της ομάδας καλλιεργώντας κουλτούρα συνεχούς μάθησης και συνεργασίας
- Εξασφαλίζεις την παροχή εξατομικευμένων και καινοτόμων εμπειριών ευεξίας με συνεχή αξιολόγηση θεραπειών, προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών
- Παρακολουθείς και διατηρείς τα πρότυπα ποιότητας, καθαριότητας, ασφάλειας και άριστης εξυπηρέτησης σε όλα τα τμήματα Spa και Αθλητισμού & Αναψυχής
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τα τμήματα Marketing, Πωλήσεων, Διαχείρισης Εσόδων, Καθαριότητας και Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης για την βελτίωση των εμπειριών πελατών και επίτευξη στόχων τμήματος
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Leadership και ανάπτυξη ομάδας σε περιβάλλον πολυτελούς ξενοδοχείου ή spa
- Διαχείριση λειτουργιών Spa και Wellness με έμφαση στη διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και οικονομικής απόδοσης
- Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με γνώση τάσεων πολυτελούς wellness και προδιαγραφές ασφαλείας
- Ισχυρές οργανωτικές, επικοινωνιακές και δεξιότητες διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας
- Πολύγλωσση ικανότητα με άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Εμπειρία στην επισιτιστική και τουριστική βιομηχανία
- Hospitality Managementκατά προτίμηση
