- Τηρείς οργανωμένο σύστημα παρακολούθησης για όλες τις πωλήσεις μέσω DELPHI
- Συντονίζεις με την ομάδα Catering για τη βέλτιστη χρήση των χώρων εκδηλώσεων
- Πραγματοποιείς επιθεωρήσεις χώρων και παρουσιάσεις σε πελάτες και διοργανωτές
- Διαπραγματεύεσαι συμβόλαια για μέγιστη κερδοφορία και ικανοποίηση πελατών
- Ετοιμάζεις και διαχειρίζεσαι Οικονομικά Αποτελέσματα Εκδηλώσεων για κερδοφορία και διατήρηση πελατών
- Εκπροσωπείς το ξενοδοχείο σε επαγγελματικές εκδηλώσεις και επαφές με πελάτες
- Ολοκληρώνεις κρατήσεις και ενισχύεις τα έσοδα μέσω στρατηγικής πώλησης
- Ενημερώνεις τον Διευθυντή Catering για θεμελιώδη ζητήματα και ευκαιρίες
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για άριστη εκτέλεση εκδηλώσεων και ικανοποίηση πελατών
- Παρακολουθείς τάσεις αγοράς, ανταγωνισμό και επιδόσεις πωλήσεων
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη πωλήσεων για συγκεκριμένα τμήματα αγοράς
- Συμβάλλεις στην επίτευξη συνολικών στόχων εσόδων και υπηρεσιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Πωλήσεις Catering σε πολυτελές περιβάλλον
- Key Account Management και Διαχείριση Σχέσεων Πελατών
- Διαπραγμάτευση συμβολαίων και Διαχείριση Κερδών και Ζημιών Εκδηλώσεων
- Sales CRM Systems όπως DELPHI και OPERA
- Οργανωτικές και Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
- Ανάλυση Τάσεων Αγοράς και Διαχείριση Απόδοσης Πωλήσεων
- sales / marketing / hospitality / related fieldκατά προτίμηση
