At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Bartender to join our Astron Bar & Lounge for the Season 2026. You will craft signature cocktails, serve premium drinks, and deliver a polished and elegant beverage experience to our guests. 

What You Will Do 

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages according to the restaurant’s standards. 

• Describe drinks and menu items to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner. 

• Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests, and ensure timely delivery of all orders. 

• Break down, clean, and set up the bar area and maintain stock. 

• Operate point-of-sale system, handle cash floats, and manage bar requisitions. 

• Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams. 

• Follow safety, hygiene, and F&B procedures; respond to hotel emergencies. 

• Assist with service across different hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining as required. 

What You Bring 

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience. 

• European Passport or legal right to work in Greece. 

• Previous luxury or high-volume bar experience is an advantage. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. 

• Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage. 

• Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.
