Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του τμήματος Banquet διασφαλίζοντας εξαιρετικά πρότυπα υπηρεσιών σε κάθε εκδήλωση
- Επιβλέπεις, καθοδηγείς και αναπτύσσεις την ομάδα banquet προάγοντας ένα θετικό και συνεργατικό περιβάλλον εργασίας
- Βοηθάς στον προγραμματισμό βαρδιών, τη μισθοδοσία, τον εργασιακό σχεδιασμό και τη διοικητική διαχείριση
- Συντονίζεις στενά με τα τμήματα Catering, Μαγειρικής, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping και άλλα για την άψογη εκτέλεση εκδηλώσεων
- Διατηρείς εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με πελάτες, διοργανωτές και εσωτερικούς συνεργάτες καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας της εκδήλωσης
- Παρακολουθείς την ποιότητα υπηρεσιών, την ικανοποίηση πελατών και τα επιχειρησιακά πρότυπα λαμβάνοντας διορθωτικά μέτρα όποτε χρειάζεται
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, τις αγορές και τις πρωτοβουλίες ελέγχου κόστους
- Διατηρείς ισχυρή γνώση τροφίμων και ποτών, προτύπων υπηρεσιών και πρακτικών πολυτελούς φιλοξενίας
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα Four Seasons, τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας και τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής
- Βοηθάς σε πρωτοβουλίες εκπαίδευσης, δραστηριότητες ενίσχυσης προσωπικού και αξιολογήσεις απόδοσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Ηγεσία ομάδας και ανάπτυξη προσωπικού σε λειτουργίες Banquet ή Τροφίμων & Ποτών
- Άριστη γνώση τροφίμων και ποτών και πρότυπα πολυτελούς φιλοξενίας
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και λειτουργική αριστεία σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον
- Συμμόρφωση υγείας και ασφάλειας και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
