You'll need to inspire them to deliver world-class Customer Experience, creating deep and long-lasting connections with our customers and communities in-store and online. You'll need to keep control of your operations, such as visual merchandising, inventory shrink and wage control. The Store Manager is a varied, challenging, and hugely rewarding role that contributes to Foot Locker’s continued success.
For our new store in Lamia, we are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead the team and drive performance. 💼👟
About the role
As a Foot Locker Store Manager, you will need to:
Create a diverse and high-energy atmosphere.
Effectively communicate the team’s daily goals.
Exhibit excellent leadership skills.
Drive an awesome Omni-Customer Experience that incites customer loyalty.
Recruit, train, and coach a mixed great team.
Drive the VM knowledge and capability of the team to implement visual merchandising guidelines in order to enhance standards and boost commercial effectiveness.
Stay consistently up to date on our range of products.
Be excellent in managing operations and controllable costs.
Exceed expectations on handling returns and checkout processes.
Provide a safe environment for your Team Members and Customers.
About you
You have:
Managerial experience within a customer-facing environment.
Strong interpersonal & organizational skills.
A commercial business mindset.
Great analytical skills and business acumen.
A passion for fashion and sneakers.
A good understanding of English and local languages.
You are:
