As of now, we are looking for a highly motivated Engineering Manager for one of our Teams working on the Rider experience within the Rider Domain.

Be ready to manage a multinational, diverse, highly motivated and collaborative team who strives for excellence and likes to have fun, while building great features and products. Collaborate with an experienced product peer and other key stakeholders from Operations to Customer Success and beyond.

• Overseeing Product Delivery
• Drive the execution of our Rider product vision, ensuring transparency and championing sustainable, reliable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and other Tech Leads to align efforts and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to enhance our software development workflows and collaborate with your team to implement solutions that align with business objectives.
• Demonstrating Strong Technical Acumen
• Apply best-in-class engineering practices, remain informed about emerging technologies, and refine development strategies to ensure high quality and scalability.
• Team Growth & Development
• Mentor team members by recognizing their strengths, providing constructive feedback, setting clear goals, and fostering professional growth.
