IT Senior Project Manager
(ref.: IT_SPM 10.2025)

The Position:
Reporting to the IT PMO Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

• Project Governance: Establishing and enforcing project management standards and methodologies

• Resource Management: Allocating resources efficiently across various projects

• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks in projects

• Performance Tracking: Monitoring project progress and performance through regular reporting

• Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring clear communication with stakeholders about project status, changes, and issues

Qualifications & Competencies required:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Degree in Information Technology or related field will be considered as an asset) 

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar job position

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE II; Certifications as Scrum Master and Agile Management will be considered a plus

• Ability to lead projects both with Agile and Waterfall frameworks

• Good Understanding on the portfolio of IT solutions of the retail sector

• Minimum ten years’ experience on large scale enterprises with projects that include ERP, Retail, integration solutions

• Ability to lead meetings both at pier as well as Top Management meeting

• Working knowledge of MS Project, Office 365 solutions, and tools such as ClickUp, Monday, Asana etc

• Co-ordinate external partners and vendors

• Good command of the English language 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines  

• Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem-solving skills 

• Willing to learn and embrace new technologies
