Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρακολουθείς την ορθή λειτουργία του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού παραγωγής και συσκευασίας.
- Εκτελείς το πρόγραμμα προληπτικής συντήρησης και συμπληρώνεις τα απαιτούμενα έντυπα.
- Αποκαθιστάς τη λειτουργία των μηχανών μετά από βλάβες και προτείνεις ενέργειες αποτροπής επανεμφάνισης.
- Υλοποιείς προτάσεις για τη βελτίωση της λειτουργίας των μηχανών και της ποιότητας των προϊόντων.
- Ολοκληρώνεις έγκαιρα τις απαιτούμενες ενέργειες CAPA.
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα ανταλλακτικών και ενημερώνεις για τις ανάγκες προμήθειας.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα τεχνικά εγχειρίδια του εξοπλισμού.
- Ολοκληρώνεις διορθωτικές και προληπτικές ενέργειες σε συντονισμό με την ιεραρχία.
- Ενημερώνεις άμεσα για μη ασφαλείς συνθήκες που αφορούν τον εξοπλισμό και το προσωπικό.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προληπτική και διορθωτική συντήρηση εξοπλισμού.
- Διάγνωση και επισκευή εξοπλισμού με εναλλακτικά σχέδια επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
- Λειτουργία μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού και βελτίωση λειτουργίας μηχανών.
- Ανάγνωση μηχανολογικών και ηλεκτρολογικών σχεδίων.
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος ανταλλακτικών και τεχνικών εγχειριδίων.
- Χρήση Η/Υ, Αγγλικά και συμμόρφωση με GMP και τους κανόνες Υγείας και Ασφάλειας.
- Μηχανολογία / Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός / Μηχανολογία Αυτοματισμών / Σχετικό Τεχνικό Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
