ERP Consultant (Inhouse)

Brief Description

We are seeking a technical enthusiast to join our team of specialists in providing internal support to all users.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide support to stores and users
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions to users
• Advice and train users on software use
• Provide users feedback to internal team to drive product enhancements and improvements
• Implement Entersoft erp software according to business requirements
• Awareness and implementation of commercial suites

Requirements / Attributes

• Degree (University or Higher Education) in the field of Applied Informatics, Informatics or/and Finance
• Knowledge of Entersoft Business Suite
• Knowledge of SQL programming
• Knowledge of programming principles
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of the English language in both verbal and written form
• Driving license for either car or/and motorcycle
• Ability to travel
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Ability to resolve problems
• Team spirit
