As a Maid, you will be responsible for ensuring rooms and other areas of the hotel are kept clean every day. You will ensure that guests have a clean and home-away-from-home experience while they are at the hotel.

What you’ll do

• Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house 
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service 
• Make sure all rooms are cleaned and in tip top condition for new arrivals and existing guests 
• Ensure the equipment you use, such as shampooers, polishers and trolleys, is in good working condition 
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed 
• Respond timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items 
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies 
• Report necessary maintenance items 
• Follow departmental policies and procedures 
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies 
• Perform additional duties as needed 

What we are looking for

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery 
• Previous housekeeping experience will be preferred but not mandatory 
• Ability to follow instructions 
• Highly responsible & reliable 
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
