As a Client Advisor, you will provide customers with information on available products and their prices and discount options. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at the end of their shopping.

What you’ll do

• Greet and interact with customers 
• Demonstrate and explain merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs 
• Assist customers with purchase decisions 
• Collect payment using the store point of sale system 
• Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service 
• Assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on product services and features 
• Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm 
• Discuss products offered and available alternatives 
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards 
• Represent the brand inside and outside of the store 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

What we are looking for

• Previous work experience as a Client Advisor in a retail/sales or fashion-related position, preferably in a 5* Hotel’s Boutique or High-end Clothing Brand 
• Excellent command of the English language 
• Knowledge of any additional language will be considered as an asset 
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills 
• Excellent sales and customer service skills 
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality 
• Ability to operate or to quickly learn the stores point-of-sale system
