- Τηρείς τα έγγραφα υπηρεσιών και αρχείο εργασιών
- Υποστηρίζεις την τελική τιμολόγηση και τις διαδικασίες κλεισίματος εργασιών
- Παρακολουθείς KPIs του τμήματος και ετοιμάζεις επιχειρησιακές αναφορές
- Συμβάλλεις σε πρωτοβουλίες συνεχούς βελτίωσης και ικανοποίησης πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και επικοινωνίας
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και συντονισμός υπηρεσιών
- Διαχείριση έργου και παρακολούθηση KPI
- Συντονισμός logistics
- Γνώση Microsoft Office και SAP ή άλλων ERP συστημάτων
- Technical / Marine / Engineering / Business Administrationκατά προτίμηση
