Everllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help us build a world-class developer experience. We don’t want to be a bottleneck; we want to be an enabler. We are moving heavily toward Self-Service and want to go towards Ephemeral Environments, ensuring our developers have the power to spin up what they need, when they need it, for development and testing.

Our DevOps engineers design the tools, automation, and infrastructure that enable teams to deliver reliable software at scale. From CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms to IoT data pipelines, your work directly supports systems powering global industries.
You’ll work in an international engineering environment where experimentation is encouraged, ideas are valued, and technical excellence is a shared goal.
As a Senior, you will participate in architecting the shift toward Cilium for networking and security while investigating integrating AI tooling to further automate the developer journey. In our flat organization, you will also serve as a coach—taking on Scrum Master tasks and leading planning to keep our close-knit, friendly team aligned.
We can offer you the following tasks
Designing and evolving our AWS‑based internal developer platform, focusing on self‑service capabilities, Terraform workflows, and scalable EKS infrastructure.
Leading the adoption of ephemeral environments and steering our migration toward Cilium for next‑generation networking, observability, and security.
Investigating and integrating AI‑driven tooling to streamline CI/CD, reduce toil, and enhance the overall developer experience.
Participating in the developer support rotation and providing expert guidance to teams on AWS architecture, pipelines, and platform usage.
Facilitating agile ceremonies—including stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement—as part of your senior role.
Coaching junior engineers, promoting engineering best practices, and helping maintain a healthy, transparent, and collaborative team culture.
Building automation, tooling, and documentation that empower developers and reduce operational friction across the organization.
You can help us with these qualifications
Degree in Software Engineering or relevant Science fields.
AWS & Infrastructure: Expert-level Terraform and EKS management.
Developer Self-Service: Experience building internal platforms that empower developers.
Ephemeral Environments: Knowledge of tools and strategies for short-lived, on-demand test environments.
Networking & Mesh: Assisting our expansion into Cilium.
Automation: Advanced Python and Bash for custom tooling and AI integration.
GitOps: Mastery of ArgoCD and GitLab CI.
Expert advice and support: Supporting developers on implementations and features with knowledge and infrastructure.
