- Ελέγχεις και εκτελείς λεπτομερείς μελέτες μηχανολογίας σωληνώσεων σύμφωνα με διεθνείς κανονισμούς
- Πραγματοποιείς υπολογισμούς τάσης σωληνώσεων με το λογισμικό Caesar ii ή Rohr2
- Σχεδιάζεις στηρίγματα σωληνώσεων
- Παρασκευάζεις και ελέγχεις έγγραφα όπως τοπογραφικά σχέδια, διατάξεις σωληνώσεων και ισομετρικά
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα προσφορών για ειδικά εξαρτήματα όπως αρμούς διαστολής και ελατήρια
- Πραγματοποιείς δραστηριότητες λιστοδότησης υλικών σε όλα τα στάδια του έργου
- Παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη στις ομάδες κατασκευής κατά τη φάση παραγωγής και εγκατάστασης
- Συμμετέχεις σε τεχνικές διαπραγματεύσεις με προμηθευτές και πελάτες
- Συνεισφέρεις στην ανάπτυξη προδιαγραφών του τμήματος
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις και εμπειρία σε Ανάλυση τάσεων σωληνώσεων και προγράμματα CAESAR II, Rohr2
- Εμπειρία σε Σχεδιασμό και ανάλυση σωληνώσεων και χρήση AutoCAD, SolidWorks
- Καλή γνώση προτύπων ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5, EN13480, EN1092, API και Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
- Ερμηνεία P&IDs και ισομετρικών σωληνώσεων
- Γνώσεις Μηχανολογίας και σχεδιασμός στηριγμάτων σωληνώσεων
- Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
