Everllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a Business Analyst for our Data Processing and Cleansing department, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality data solutions. The job requires you to be able work independently while you have a keen sense of community as well can work in teams.
We can offer you the following tasks
Collaborate with users to understand and address specific needs within their areas of responsibility
Involve development resources where applicable, as effectively as possible.
Involve stakeholders in the business unit where relevant.
Collaborate closely with project teams to define and document business requirements that align with overall business objectives.
Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of solutions, emphasizing innovation and efficiency improvements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, collaborating with development teams.
Engage stakeholders across all organizational levels to gather requirements, expectations, and feedback.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Play a limited role in solution maintenance, addressing critical issues and ensuring solution stability.
Collaborate with relevant teams to prioritize and address maintenance tasks efficiently within their areas of responsibility

Technical backround
Strong communication skills and ability to understand the interlocutor needs.
Business Processes and optimization
Customer focused, results oriented, high self-motivated and self-organized
Understanding of solution development processes, emphasizing innovation and efficiency improvements.
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Knowledge of change management principles, including impact assessments and transition facilitation.
Ability to work in a team
Flexibility
Ability to work in cross organizational structure
Fluency in English, IT skills
Business Analysis or Project Management certifications are nice to have (e.g., CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA).
