- Τηρείς τη συμμόρφωση με Ελληνικά Λογιστικά Πρότυπα και Διεθνή Πρότυπα Χρηματοοικονομικής Αναφοράς (IFRS)
- Καταχωρίζεις λογιστικές εγγραφές για έξοδα, αγορές υλικών και πάγια
- Εκτελείς διακανονισμούς τραπεζικών λογαριασμών μεταξύ τραπεζικών υπολοίπων και λογιστικών βιβλίων
- Συμφωνείς υπόλοιπα πελατών μεταξύ εμπορικού και λογιστικού συστήματος
- Παρακολουθείς υποχρεώσεις προς προμηθευτές και συμμετέχεις στην προετοιμασία σχεδίων πληρωμών
- Παρακολουθείς και συμφωνείς εσωτερικές συναλλαγές και υπολοίπους μεταξύ εταιρειών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την πλατφόρμα myData ηλεκτρονικής τιμολόγησης και διενεργείς συμφωνίες με τα λογιστικά βιβλία
- Συμμετέχεις στην προετοιμασία φορολογικών δηλώσεων σε συνεργασία με τον Υπεύθυνο Λογιστηρίου
- Καταχωρίζεις δεδουλευμένες και αναβληθείσες εγγραφές για αναφορές μηνιαίου κλεισίματος
- Συμμετέχεις στην προετοιμασία οικονομικών αναφορών και ενοποιημένων καταστάσεων σύμφωνα με IFRS
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ελληνικά Λογιστικά Πρότυπα και Διεθνή Πρότυπα Χρηματοοικονομικής Αναφοράς (IFRS)
- Λογιστικές εγγραφές και προετοιμασία οικονομικών αναφορών
- Διακανονισμοί τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και συμφωνία υπολοίπων πελατών
- Παρακολούθηση υποχρεώσεων και πληρωμών προς προμηθευτές
- Παρακολούθηση και συμφωνία εσωτερικών συναλλαγών
- Πλατφόρμα myData ηλεκτρονικής τιμολόγησης και φορολογική συμμόρφωση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Euromedica, one of the leading primary healthcare providers, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team at our Head Office in Athens.
Responsibilities:
Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensuring proper compliance with both Greek Accounting Standards (GAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Accounting entries: Recording accounting entries for expenses, material purchases, and fixed assets.
Bank Reconciliations: Performing bank reconciliations between bank balances and accounting ledgers.
Accounts Receivable Reconciliation: Reconciling customer balances between the commercial (billing) system and the accounting system.
Accounts Payable & Payments: Monitoring company’s obligations to suppliers and other creditors and participation in the preparation of the payment plans.
Intercompany Transactions: Monitoring and reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions.
myData: Monitoring and managing the electronic invoicing platform and performing reconciliation with the accounting books.
Tax compliance: Participating in the preparation of the company’s tax returns (withholding taxes, VAT, CIT etc.) in collaboration with the Accounting Manager.
Month-End Closing Support: Responsible for posting necessary accruals/provisions (revenues and expenses) and other accounting entries to support the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Financial Reporting: Participating in the process of preparing corporate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Desired Qualifications:
Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Economic field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Tax Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Greek tax legislation.
IFRS Experience: Experience in preparation of financial statements under IFRS.
Software Skills: Excellent command of MS Excel.
Systems: Hands-on experience using SAP ERP system.
