motor claims adjuster

We are looking for a Motor Claims Adjuster with critical problem solving ability to join our team. 

Role Responsibilities 

As a Motor Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible to:

• Handle the full cycle process of motor claims
• Gather, check and maintain records of all data and documentation so as to ensure the settlement of claims
• Handle claims and calculate the amount of compensation under the terms of the contract
• Work towards out-of-court settlement of claims for damages
• Estimate the final amount of claims and ensure the payment procedure according to contract terms and company policies
• Suggest process improvements in order to support business in a more customer oriented way
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Identify potential fraud cases and make appropriate referrals
• Deal effectively with complaints

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in Motor Claims Handling
• Legal knowledge on motor claims
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in English language
• Excellent communication, time management & organizing skills
• Fast thinker
• Attention to detail
