As we continue to strengthen our market presence in the retail and VIP segments, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Retail Sales & Customer Experience to lead our commercial growth and elevate our client and intermediary relationships.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Retail segment, aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and optimize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and design products/services tailored to market needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, intermediaries , and high-value clients.
Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate pipeline management.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders including intermediaries to enhance the customer proposition & experience.
Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of professional experience in sales leadership roles, ideally in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
Proven track record of driving sales growth in Retail and/or VIP segments.
Proven track record of high level retail customer and intermediary experience.
Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
