We are seeking a Retail Business Banking (RBB) Relationship Manager to join our v Banking Team in Athens, part of External Networks & Alternative Channels in Retail Banking Networks at Eurobank.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the virtual (v) Banking, responsible for holistic service and development of relationship management through an innovative communication channel - virtual conferencing - by managing assigned Retail Business Banking Prime customers.
As a Retail Business Banking (RBB) Relationship Manager @v Banking you will be responsible for the achievement of the strategic goals of the RBB Segment. Additionally, the position offers the opportunity of strengthening knowledge in digital communication networks and promoting an innovative channel in the Greek banking market.
The Retail Business Banking (RBB) Relationship Manager @v Banking is a key sales management role who builds high impact relationships with business customers and drives segment business plan achievement in the Area of responsibility.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Interacting with business stakeholders to understand / analyzing business needs
Achieving & implementing the strategic objectives of Retail Business Banking
Assisting in generating new business and identifying opportunities for greater commissions / profits for the channel
Managing and developing the assigned customer portfolio (up to 350 RBB clients) through video Banking
Analyzing, investigating and supporting the needs of assigned RBB Prime clients
Building and mainting trusting relationships with the assigned portfolio through advisory support on the clients’ business activities as well as their personal needs
Continuously updating of customers on market trends and competitive developments
Maintaining full awareness of available on-line products and services, tailored to customers’ needs
You will be a great candidate if you have:
Have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in the banking sector
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (a postgraduate degree will be considered an asset)
Hold professional certifications in RBB (Level II) and Insurance Mediation (Type A)
Have a good command of English, both written and spoken
Are proficient in the MS Office suite
Demonstrate a strong focus on self-development and continuous learning
