We are seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager, based in Alexandroupoli, to join our Retail Banking Network.

 

The Personal Banking Relationship Manager is a key sales management role of the Branch Network who builds high impact customer relationships with affluent customers and drives segment business plan achievement in the Area of responsibility.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Achieving the strategic goals of Personal Banking and ensuring the smooth operation of relevant activities throughout the Area Market.

  • Managing and developing assigned Prime Customer portfolios, as well as attracting new customers.

  • Proactively researching market trends and monitoring the competition.

  • Collaborating with Senior PBRM, Branch Managers, and other branch staff of the Area to achieve common business goals.

 

You will be a great candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or other field of studies. Postgraduate degrees will be considered an additional qualification.

  • 2 years of relevant professional experience in the Branch Network and at least 1 year as a PB RM.

  • Professional certification in Investment Products and Bancassurance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Excellent command of Greek and English.

  • Ηigh level of digital literacy and analytical abilities, excellent knowledge of business systems and platforms.

  • Focus on self-development and continuous learning.
