We are seeking for an experienced Marketing & Communication Officer  to join our Marketing & Public Relations Team, part of our Group Marketing & Corporate Communications Team.

By joining this role, you will be part of the Marketing & PR team, responsible for strategic marketing and communication actions for all Business Units of the Bank in a such a way so as to enhance the image and the identity of the Organization.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Planning marketing & promotional strategies for our Segments/Business Units to support their products and services.

  • Planning the Communication strategy for the aforementioned.

  • Implementing a solid Communication Plan (media mix: online/offline, communication deliverables, campaign scaling: above, below, direct, own media)

  • Collaborating with the Business Units being assigned as a marketing & communication officer and coordinating the teams of ‘Digital Sales & Presence’ and ‘Campaign Management’ to achieve the marketing goals.

  • Working closely with the advertising agency to develop and implement the communication plan.

  • Monitoring and managing the marketing budget of your Business Units’ activities.

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

  • Hold a related professional qualification (certificate) in Digital Marketing and hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms.

  • Experience in all types of marketing & communications initiatives (previous position in marketing divisions or/and advertising agencies).

  • Are Proficient of the MS Office suite.

  • Are fluent in English (both in writing and verbally).

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, agility, and can-do attitude.

  • Have Project management skills.

  • Taking initiative and demonstrating a willingness to go beyond assigned tasks.

  • Have a curious mindset, asking thoughtful questions and seeking to understand perspectives different from one's own.

  • Actively seeking input from others, sharing knowledge, and supporting team goals.

  • Taking responsibility for one’s actions and commitments to achieve shared objectives.
