We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Assurance/Test Coordinator to join our International IT Governance Unit within our Group IT.

 

The International IT Governance team is responsible for the management of subsidiaries projects, collecting, rationalizing and prioritizing Bank’s demands as well as aligning local international demands with the Eurobank Group Shared Services.

 

By joining this role, you will be actively involved in the co-ordination of QA and Testing activities across Temenos Platform i.e.: Transact(T24), TAP, Infinity, Analytics, FCM and in key Group Applications and Platforms.

 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
  • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Prioritize and plan testing activities.
  • Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
  • Play the role of Test Coordinator and the liaison with the Business Units.
  • Perform regression testing.
  • Design and execute automated tests.
  • Manage and Control activities in all test Environments.

 

You will be a great candidate if you have:

 

  • Previous relevant professional experience in software quality assurance, particularly within the banking sector or in Temenos products/modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field. Postgraduate studies will be considered as an additional asset.
  • Experience in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management, with strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and capable of working with documentation, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to manage Business and IT teams for major/minor test activities.
  • Demonstrated time management and problem-solving abilities, with focus on prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and solving problems efficiently.
  • Ability to travel as required.
