We are seeking a dynamic DevOps/Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join our International IT Services Delivery/IAC team within our Group IT Services Management team.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of our core team responsible for building, automating, and managing the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power Eurobank’s international IT services. You will play a key role in enabling developer productivity and supporting cloud and on-prem environments.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Analyze best practices and emerging trends in DevOps and Infrastructure Automation
Develop tools and scripts to automate manual steps in deployment pipelines and optimize existing workflows.
Design and implement orchestration systems to support developer productivity.
Integrate new tools into existing ecosystems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Build, evolve, and manage CI/CD pipelines for on-prem, private, and public cloud environments.
Enable continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to promote incremental code to production environments efficiently.
You will be a great candidate if you:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field.
Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience in tools like Docker, Kubernetes, streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka), SQL, MongoDB, and coding in Python and\or other languages.
Are familiar with configuration management tools like Ansible, Saltstack.
Have knowledge of IAC tools such as Terraform, BICEP or Cloud Formation.
Using tools such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Helm, Harbor registry.
Have experience using monitoring & logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
Are proficient in Linux with exposure to large-scale web service architectures (load balancing, scaling).
Have experience with provisioning workloads in public clouds (e.g. Azure, AWS) & private clouds, ideally with Vmware Cloud Foundation.
Are fluent in English language.
Have strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
