We are looking for a Digital & Hybrid Sales Program Associate to join our Digital & Hybrid Sales team within the Group Digital Banking Division.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Digital & Hybrid Sales team, which is responsible to accelerate Digital & Hybrid Sales contribution within the bank, by leveraging data, user insights, global & personalized digital offerings, optimal customer journeys & user friendly experiences.
As a Digital & Hybrid Sales Program Associate you will be working in close co-operation with Digital Divisions, Business Units & Marketing, to drive digital & hybrid sales acceleration within the Bank. You will have a program in place to promote and sell digital products, mainly through the Bank’s digital assets, such as the Eurobank mobile app, the eBanking channel and the public website, as well as through specific phygital journeys (e.g. digital assisted sales and video calls). You will be responsible to design, enable and coordinate activities across all stages of the Digital & Hybrid Sales Lifecycle, with emphasis on the Sales funnel management and optimization.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Participation in setting the annual business plan/digital & hybrid sales program
- Overview of the digital & hybrid sales program and enable execution for all required activities
- Monitoring digital & hybrid sales KPIs (on a daily, monthly & quarterly basis) and optimize the end2end funnels of digital products
- Design and execution of all necessary digital offerings & promotions
- Participation in defining the digital product offering & proposition for targeted segments, based on user findings & market conditions
- Participation in designing sales customer journeys
- Carrying out competition & market analysis for digital offering (benchmarking, global trends, etc.).
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital areas, such as digital transformation projects /product development/digital commercialization/e-commerce/ Business Development Manager or Customer Value manager in digital related products or services
- Hold a Bachelor and an ΜΒΑ/postgraduate degree in related field of study
- Have worked actively on innovative projects commercialization & commercial propositions for digital related products or services.
- Are familiar with Agile, UX, CJs methodology, Digital Marketing
- Have good knowledge of eCommerce, financial services, or insurance industry (would be an asset)
- Are fluent in English language
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude
