We are seeking for a Custody Operations Senior Administrator to join our Custody Operations Unit. Custody Operations Unit provides Custodian and Sub-Custodian Services to Institutional Clients, Mutual Funds Management Companies, Insurance Companies, Investment Firms and Eurobank’s clientele. The services are related mainly to Settlements and Corporate Actions for Equities, Bonds and Mutual Funds in Domestic and Foreign Markets.

The ideal candidate will join the Custody Operations Unit and will perform tasks related to Settlements processing in Domestic Markets (Greece & Cyprus).

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Processing transactions (inputting, matching, and settling instructions to market participants).

• Communicating with counterparties to perform first-level validation/pre-matching of orders.

• Producing SWIFT messages regarding settlements.

• Liaising with and supporting client requests.

• Cooperating closely with other Bank Units as well as Domestic Custodians and other Market Participants and Counterparties.

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have at least 4 years of relevant working experience in Custody Operations.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field of study. A postgraduate degree will be considered as an additional qualification. 

• Have good knowledge of Swift messages ISO 15022 type 202, 210 and 5xx for Settlements. Knowledge of messages ISO 20022 will be considered as an additional qualification. 

• Have professional certifications from BoG, ATHEX CSD, CSE (ΣΤ1, ΠΕΑ, ΠΔ). 

• Are proficient in the use of MS Office.

• Have fluency in Greek & English language.

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
