We are seeking an experienced Cards Product Specialist to join our Cards Value Division. By joining this role, you will be part of the Cards Value Division responsible for designing new Consumer Lending products & services, creating end-to-end holistic customer value propositions & launching integrated commercial campaigns, aiming at the Cards Business growth & development, contributing to the Bank’s Retail Business profitability. 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Assist in developing and launching new card products and services, while refining existing portfolios to enhance product features and boost sales.
• Participate in the formulation, coordination & implementation of acquisition and usage strategies to further grow Cards portfolio (credit / debit / prepaid cards) profitability.
• Work closely with various segments and sales channels within the bank to ensure the achievement of assigned business targets and propose new card products and services.
• Monitor local and international business trends and developments to identify new business opportunities for the Cards Business, ensuring the bank remains competitive.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns to boost new card acquisitions and usage and evaluate their effectiveness to drive turnover.

You will be a great candidate if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Development, ideally within the Card Business (Issuing and/or Acquiring), gained at a systemic or challenger bank in Greece or Europe
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines and a Master’s degree
• Strong business expertise with excellent project management & problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and strong presentation skills.
• Fluency in English language.
