public sector & special projects manager

We are seeking an experienced Public Sector & Special Projects Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with public sector entities and local governments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business initiatives in the electromobility sector, conducting feasibility studies, and formulating proposals that align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of public sector operations and project management.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with public sector entities and local government authorities, monitoring investment plans of competitors.

•Business Development: Formulate proposals for new business initiatives in the electromobility sector, in collaboration with public sector and local government authorities.

•Feasibility Studies: Analyze, evaluate, and conduct preliminary feasibility studies for business proposals and electromobility projects with public sector/local government involvement.

•Operational Planning: Prepare feasibility studies and preliminary operational plans for specific business initiatives and projects in electromobility, in collaboration with relevant departments.

•Project Coordination: Draft and oversee detailed operational plans for the aforementioned business initiatives and projects, in cooperation with the appropriate directorates.

•Financial & Technical Analysis: Coordinate the necessary financial and technical analyses and participate in identifying appropriate funding opportunities and project financing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.

•Proven experience in managing public sector projects, ideally within the energy or electromobility sectors.

•Strong understanding of government regulations, public procurement processes, and funding opportunities.

•Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders and government authorities.

•Analytical mindset with experience in conducting feasibility studies and financial assessments.

•Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Greek and English.

•Proficiency in project management tools and financial analysis software.
