We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operations within the electric vehicle industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring efficiency across all functions, and contributing to the strategic growth of our e-mobility initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of managing complex workflows while maintaining a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement operational plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals in the EV sector.

•Process Optimization: Identify and drive efficiency improvements across supply chain, logistics, and production operations.

•Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational goals and foster a high-performance culture.

•Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Finance, Sales, and Marketing) to support business objectives and external partners for seamless operations.

•Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability standards in all operations.

•Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and monitor operational performance, implementing corrective actions to optimize productivity and service delivery.

•Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.

•Innovation & Sustainability: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new technologies and sustainable practices within operations.

Qualifications & Skills

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

•Proven experience in operations management within the electric vehicle, clean energy, or related industries.

•Strong leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

•Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with a focus on operational efficiency and cost management.

•In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and production planning.

•Familiarity with regulatory requirements and sustainability frameworks in the renewable energy sector.

•Proficiency in operational management tools and ERP systems.
