We are seeking a Marketing Manager – Platform Services to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our e-mobility platform services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital platforms, user engagement, and the electric vehicle ecosystem. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker capable of driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and platform growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Joltie’s platform services, including the EV charging network and mobile application.

•Brand Management: Enhance brand positioning and awareness in the e-mobility market, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

•Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation to drive user engagement and platform adoption.

•Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing product development and marketing strategies.

•Partnership Development: Collaborate with strategic partners to expand platform reach and create co-marketing opportunities.

•User Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones, enhancing the overall user experience.

•Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.

•Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the technology or e-mobility sectors.

•Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

•Experience with platform-based services and user engagement strategies.

•Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
